Job summary

RioCan is seeking a Tenant Billing Analyst to ensure accurate billing and compliance with lease provisions related to Common Area Maintenance (CAM), property taxes, and percentage rent.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting audits of lease provisions related to CAM, property tax, and percentage rent
  • Maintaining and updating tenant billing methodologies in the ERP system
