This role is primarily based in the Corporate Office with occasional work-from-home flexibility
Position Overview:
The Operations Planning Analyst will be accountable for the following duties:
- Develop robust reporting on previous schedule performance, auditing for inefficiencies and bottlenecks
- Identify and action schedule changes to improve crew efficiency and operational resiliency
- Continually evaluate scheduling principles, including standing orders, block times, crew pairings, etc.
- Identify network opportunities that will help Flair gain more efficiency out of its network
- Develop network initiatives to reduce costs, based on detailed analysis of cost at each station in the network
- Liaise with operational teams to ensure that all models and strategies are operable; work with teams to track and measure ongoing efficiency gains
Qualifications & Requirements:
- **Education**:
- **Experience**:
- At least 1 year experience in airline planning/ operations is preferred
- **Skills and Abilities**:
- Excellent analytical skills
- Crystal clear written and verbal communication
- Able to see the opportunities and challenge the status quo.
- Exercise sound judgment, make effective decisions
