Role Summary


Reporting to the Internal Operations Director, the CSR Specialist's responsibility is to strategically lead and manage key operational support to ensure operational resilience, a high level of service integrity and seamless continuity, including during the absence of frontline managers.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervise the daily operations of the Customer Service Department
  • Work with Sales and Operations to provide accurate and timely service to the customer
  • Metrics reporting, new employee training, and troubleshooting
  • Build, mentor, and lead a highperforming team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Investigate and quickly resolve system issues

Position Requirements

  • Intermediate /advance excel skills. (V-Look ups, Pivot Tables)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills
  • Must be organized, meticulous, detailoriented and ability to track outstanding duties/tasks
  • Minimum of two (2) to four (4) years management/leadership experience in Customer Service
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and work ethic
  • Selfmotivated

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:


  • Call center: 1 year (preferred)
  • Customer service: 5 years (preferred)
