As a Salon Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing salon appointments, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily salon activities.

• Greet clients and provide a warm welcome to the salon
• Schedule appointments and manage the salon's booking system
• Assist clients in selecting appropriate services and products
• Provide information on salon services, pricing, and promotions
• Maintain a clean and organized reception/salon area
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
• Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries in a professional manner
• Coordinate with stylists and technicians to ensure timely service delivery
• Monitor inventory levels and restock salon products as needed
• Assist with general administrative tasks as required
• Shampoo clients
• Various cleaning duties
• Assisting with a Senior Stylist

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a salon or spa setting
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
• Proficient in English language
• Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
