We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ads Manager to join our dynamic marketing team As an Ads Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook or Google Ads.
Your primary objective will be to drive targeted traffic, increase conversions, and maximize return on investment.Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy and Planning
- Develop comprehensive advertising strategies based on client objectives, target audience, and budget allocation.
- Conduct thorough research to identify relevant keywords, demographics, and audience segments to optimize campaign targeting.
- Set up and configure ad campaigns on Facebook or Google Ads, ensuring accurate tracking and conversion monitoring.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and optimize ads based on key metrics
- Implement advanced targeting options, such as custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and remarketing, to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance performance and ROI.
- Generate regular reports on campaign metrics, including impressions, clicks, conversions, and spend, to evaluate and communicate performance to clients or internal stakeholders.
- Utilize datadriven approaches to refine targeting, bidding strategies, and budget allocation to achieve campaign objectives.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends, updates, and best practices in the field of digital advertising
- Share knowledge and insights with the team to foster innovation and optimize overall advertising strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing advertising campaigns on Facebook or Google Ads
- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, advertising strategies, and best practices.
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make datadriven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Familiarity with website analytics and optimization.
