Maintenance ( Permanent/Fulltime)
The maintenance person's essential role involves ensuring efficient parking equipment operation at different sites. They proactively conduct daily inspections to address equipment issues, while also overseeing maintenance projects for repairs and preventative tasks. Being mechanically inclined and having their own tools is beneficial. The maintenance person should be a quick learner, capable of following instructions and taking direction effectively.


What Would You Be Doing?

  • Responsible for verifying functionality of several automated sites, and displace any homeless element as needed
  • Following maintenance program/schedule, attend to preventative maintenance of all parking related equipment
  • As needed, diagnose a problem and repair, or call for repair
  • Provide lot cleaning and garbage pickup
  • Work with equipment suppliers to ensure repairs are satisfactory
  • Complete work order for all activities, and submit to management for approval/chargeback
  • Maintain cleanliness of company vehicle at all times, notify management of maintenance issues
  • Assist with inventory management (parts, supplies, filing)
  • Bring office filling to storage units as needed
  • Assist with vehicle maintenance (truck and enforcement vehicles)
  • Issue City Infractions
  • Take care of emergencies for Operations Team, as needed (flexibility, team oriented).

What Are the Working Conditions?

  • Must be able to work alone with mínimal supervisions
  • Must have clean driving record
  • Must be able to work outside
  • Frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, and twisting
  • Must be able to lift up to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Technical or mechanical skills

  • Previous maintenance and repair experience
  • Ability to clearly and accurately communicate both written and verbally
  • Beginner to intermediate computer knowledge
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to work well alone an as within a teamoriented environment
