About the role:


What you can expect to be doing:

  • Educating our members about various products that can meet their needs and goals by listening and helping them to make more informed decisions about their credit health
  • Working with the Team Lead/Enablement to ensure that macros and Knowledge Base articles are up to date
  • Using data to bring up issues that members are facing in a timely manner to ensure quick resolutions and member satisfaction
  • Documenting member interactions in Zendesk to create historical tracking of conversations, ensuring member records and data are kept safe and secure
  • Meeting business targets, including customer satisfaction scores and Service Level Agreements
  • Working on bigger picture projects with the Team Lead and/or Manager
  • Schedule: 9:00AM5:00PM or 10:00AM6:00PM EST

Requirements:


  • 1+ years of working experience in customer service
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Suite
  • Demonstrated communication skills including active listening skills in both English and French
  • Enjoys helping people find solutions

Nice to Haves:


  • Zendesk and/or Salesforce experience
  • Experience in a financial services or startup environment

We are remote-first across Canada, meaning you have no mandatory obligation to come in-office unless you choose to do so - you decide what is best for you. Our offices are located in Toronto and Kelowna, with people distributed across the country. We do not intend on changing this remote-first status.
