Role Summary

  • The Center of Excellence (COE) drives billings and growth for the COE market (clients with 1100 employees) through managing inbound business driven by channel partners and assisting partners with quotes, renewals, deal registrations, licensing, and other salesrelated activity.
  • The Sales Manager, Center of Excellence (COE) manages and holds responsibility for a team of Sales Specialists tasked with driving sales in your assigned COE market. This includes the hiring, management, training, and development of team members as well as the team's achievement of its quota.

What You Will Do:


  • Manage a team of Small Business Inside Sales reps supporting the USA and Canada (PST and CST Time Zones) working in a hybrid environment (Tues, Wed, Thurs in the office)
  • Manage Sales hygiene and development of sales acumen across the sales team
  • Provide individual coaching through regular oneonone meetings with your reps to develop sales skills and help them with career development
  • Manage pipeline and revenue forecasting on a regional level
  • Consistently meet and exceed quota
  • Onboard and ramp up new SMB Sales reps
  • Understand and report on key sales metrics to drive corrective action
  • Understand your territory space and the partner landscape for your space with a focus on identifying inefficiencies in transacting small business revenue
  • Responsible for identifying ongoing training needs and then aiding in the training of your team
  • Emphasize continuous workflow improvements toward scalability, responsiveness, and efficiency

What You Will Bring:


  • At least 5 years of selling experience as a topperforming sales rep
  • Experience with managing remote/inside sales teams
  • If no direct management experience, you must be able to prove leadership skills
  • Proven results in a partneroriented sales environment
  • Proven track record of exceeding monthly and quarterly quotas and performance targets
  • Readiness to do business trips as required (once per quarter)
