• Working experience in customer service (preferred)
• Excellent proficiency in written and verbal communication in English and Chinese (preferred)
• Driving license (preferred)

• Assist with consultations with customers to discuss their wedding vision and preferences, mark down important information for future usage
• Create and design suitable wedding plan (including recommending venues, vendors and decoration ideas) based on customers' needs, adjust the plan according to all aspects of wedding planning and budget demands.
• Manage required documents related to wedding planning.
• Create detailed timelines and schedules and meet ensure the tasks are completed on time.
• Manage and communicate with vendors throughout the planning process and on the wedding day.
• Assist with handling any issues or emergencies that arise on the wedding day
• Provide guidance and support to the bride and groom throughout the planning process and on the wedding day.
• Ensure that all details are in place and executed properly
• Ensure the wedding day runs smoothly and according to plan
• Cooperate with décor team and labour team to ensure to provide excellent service.

• Patient, responsible, punctual, honest and trustworthy
• With good communication skills, independent thinking and creativity
• Proficient in Microsoft software and can adapt quickly with new software
• Able to life at least 40 pounds

• Extended health care

• French not required

• 8 hour shift
• Weekends as needed
