Job Summary

We are seeking a caring and responsible Babysitter/Nanny to provide attentive childcare and support for children of various ages. The ideal candidate will be nurturing, reliable, and experienced in creating a safe and engaging environment. This role offers an opportunity to make a positive impact on children's development while ensuring their well-being in a home setting.

Duties

• Supervise and monitor children during daily activities, playtime, and outings
• Prepare and serve meals or snacks according to dietary needs and preferences
• Engage children in age-appropriate games, crafts, and learning experiences
• Follow specific care plans for children with disabilities or special needs
• Maintain a safe environment by adhering to safety guidelines and protocols
• Communicate regularly with parents about children's progress, behavior, and any concerns
• Assist with light housekeeping related to children, such as laundry or tidying up toys

Skills

• Experience working with children of various ages and backgrounds
• Knowledge of caregiving best practices and child safety standards
• Strong teaching skills to support educational activities and skill development
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with children and parents
• Patience, adaptability, and a nurturing attitude to foster a positive environment
• Previous experience in caregiving or working with children preferred but not required
