- Provide courteous, professional, and timely responses to a continuous volume of customer concerns, as well as written customer inquiries.
- Identify and address all customer questions and concerns.
- Thoroughly research and understand all facets of customers' requests.
- Ensure content of oral and written communication meets the needs of the target audience
- Work closely with Project Support Team
- Overtime may be required during peak time.
- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
- Must be Bilingual – German/English in both verbal and written communication
- Applicants must be available to work an overnight/early morning shift, starting at 3 AM and concluding at 11 AM
- High School Diploma / GED required Associate Degree / College Degree preferred
- 1 year of customer service experience required
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Demonstrate strong conversational skills
- Ability to work independently yet is a team player
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work successfully in a call center environment (sitting, talking to customers in a repetitive, regimented environment for an 8-hour shift
