POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:


We are looking for a reliable and self-motivated Security Site Supervisor who combines the ability to maintain a professional composure when dealing with unusual circumstances, while delivering high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.


  • Manage, maintain, train and uniform a security staff of 10+
  • Must have a car and be expect to be on call
  • Must have a good working knowledge of Ontario Private Security & Investigative Services Act, 200
  • Must be comfortable working all postings on site (Reception, CACF, SOC)
  • Must have excellent customer service and computer skills

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Proficient English
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Previous experience supervising staff is a must (3 years)
  • Knowledge of various Security software and hardware
  • Must have a minimum typing speed of 30 WPM or more
  • Excellent conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent timemanagement skills
  • Ability to multitask

Physical & Mental Requirements:


  • Walk, stand or sit for extended periods of time
  • Must be comfortable working under pressure
  • Must be able to multitask

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$24.00 per hour
