The Village of Coleman Care located in Barrie Ontario has an exciting opportunity for PERM Part-Time
Recreation Team Members (REC) to join their Long Term Care Team.

Shifts:
days, evenings & alternate weekends

Hours: 45 hours bi-weekly

As a New Recreation Team Member, you will:

• Be enrolled in/completed diploma or degree recreation/leisure studies and/or gerontology from a community college or university
• Display a caring and respectful attitude toward our residents, families, and team members

As a new Recreation Team Member (REC) joining our Retirement Village Team it would be an ASSET but not required for you to having the following:

• Experience facilitating group activities and programs
• Experience facilitating group activities
• Have exceptional time management skills and ability to work in collaboration with a team
• Support and embrace our residentcentred social culture and be proud to deliver the highest quality of customer service to our residents
• Knowledge of the five domains in Therapeutic Recreation that contribute to an individual's health
• Knowledge of recreational therapy practices, methods, techniques and opportunities to improve resident's wellbeing and holistic health
