Currently, our company satisfies over 1,700 retailers and tens of thousands of musicians around the world with over 700 original designs.

Duties:
- Manage and prioritize various projects and tasks assigned by the CEO, ensuring timely completion and delivery of highquality results.
- Serve as the CEO's trusted assistant, handling scheduling, and other administrative duties as needed.
- Take the lead in organizing and coordinating all aspects of trade shows, including logistics, booth setup, travel arrangements, and onsite management. May have to participate in travelling to the location for set up.
- Oversee some office operations, which can include sourcing, and project managing some manufacturing projects.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement initiative with the team.
- Prepare and analyze reports, presentations, and other documents using advanced Excel skills to support decisionmaking and strategic planning.
- Assist with special projects and ad hoc assignments as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fastpaced environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in office management, project coordination, or executive assistance roles required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with the ability to create complex spreadsheets and analyze data.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and problemsolve proactively.
- Willingness to travel occasionally and work flexible hours as needed to accommodate trade shows and other events.
- Experience in event planning or coordination is a plus.
Salary:
$50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
