Description

Your primary function is to proudly provide the highest level of customer service, build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors, and continue to strengthen our reputation in the industry as industry leaders and service providers.

Responsibilities:

Create, send and follow up on client estimates in a timely fashion
Prepare changes to cost estimates when clients change their scope
Read construction drawings and develop scope of work
Create one page work orders for shop production using estimate details

- organize time sheets and submit for payroll

Maintain precise records of all incoming payments
Prepare and send invoices and receipts to clients
Contact clients as needed to ensure payment of outstanding invoices
Organize and track vendor invoices and information
Pull vendor and subcontractor invoices to be paid weekly, ensuring that payments are made on time and correctly
Generate, maintain and deliver tracking and reports to management
Book fabric protection jobs with clients and organize within our team

Qualifications:

Proven industry experience
Superb written and verbal communication skills.
Strong timemanagement skills and multitasking ability.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks Online, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
Strong work ethic, positive team attitude and strong customer service focus
Ability to respond appropriately in pressure situations with a calm and steady demeanor
Proactively & effectively resolve all customer inquiries while creating an unrivalled customer experience
Strong analytical skills, keen attention to detail and proven experience maintaining accurate documentation
Willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
A clean background check and ability to be bonded
