POSITION OVERVIEW
BDC is looking for a business analyst who is enthusiastic, motivated, rigorous, interested by technology / innovation, ready to learn and good with communication for its smart process automation team.
As a business analyst working with RPA processes, you will play a key role in streamlining BDC's digital and artificial intelligence strategy by defining needs and optimizing processes.
More precisely, you will define the business processes to enable our developers to automate them using Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR- Targeted experience level : 1 to 3 years- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations / logistics, engineering, information technology, computer science or a related field.- Experience or interest in process improvement (required)- Experience or interest in automation and programming (an asset)- Experience or interest in emerging technology and innovation (an asset)- Interest in technical aspects with a willingness to learn RPA development skills (an asset)- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including formal and informal presentations.- Project Management (an asset)- Process mapping and documentation (an asset)- Workshop / Meeting management (an asset)- Good understanding of business cases and key performance indicators (an asset)- Previous experience in the banking sector or financial technology (an asset)- Working knowledge of agile methodologies (an asset).
