The Role:

Our team at Richcraft Homes is seeking an experienced individual to assist with customer care on the job site.

In This Role, You Will:

Addressing preoccupancy & post possession homeowner concerns.
Scheduling additional services with subtrades.
All other duties as required

What You Bring:

Previous residential construction knowledge
Excellent organizational skills, time management, and demonstrated attention to detail
Ability to work independently and unsupervised
Good interpersonal skills required, including being a team player
Experience with computer programs including Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Experience with the Tarion Warranty program would be considered an asset
Bilingualism will be considered an asset
A valid driver's license and car is preferred
