The Role:

Our team at Richcraft Homes is seeking an experienced individual to assist with customer care on the job site.


In This Role, You Will:


  • Addressing preoccupancy & post possession homeowner concerns.
  • Scheduling additional services with subtrades.
  • All other duties as required

What You Bring:


  • Previous residential construction knowledge
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management, and demonstrated attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and unsupervised
  • Good interpersonal skills required, including being a team player
  • Experience with computer programs including Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Experience with the Tarion Warranty program would be considered an asset
  • Bilingualism will be considered an asset
  • A valid driver's license and car is preferred

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
