Position Summary:

Finance Administrator - Invoicing & Payroll

Sherwood Park, Alberta


Acuren is currently recruiting for the position of Finance Administrator to be responsible for invoicing and payroll entry for a variety of client groups in Non-destructive Testing and/or Industrial Service clients.

This position is based in Sherwood Park and will work under the general direction of the Shared Services Finance Administration Manager.

With a background in high volume timekeeping for invoicing and payroll, the successful applicant will be accustomed to working in a fast paced environment managing large amounts data.

The incumbent will be able to demonstrate strong excel skills, pay attention to detail and can provide excellent customer service skills.


Responsibilities:


  • Daily timesheet entry for payroll, equipment and consumables
  • Experience creating and entering LEMs into client systems
  • Time allocation in client systems
  • Weekly invoicing for a wide range of clients
  • Experience with third party invoicing portals (ie. Cortex, Ariba, etc.)
  • Grade 12 and Office Administration Diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with invoicing and high volume time keeping is required
  • Union contract interpretation would be an asset.
  • Familiar with accounting software systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel has created and can work with large, complex Excel spreadsheets emphasis on formulas
