TD Enterprise Finance—we're like a team of chess champions, but in nicer suits. And we're looking for grads like you to join our TD Finance and Accounting Associate Program (FAAP).
Our department is responsible for developing and delivering financial strategy along with information and management support on an enterprise-wide basis for TD Bank Group (TD), consistent with the enterprise risk appetite of TD.
Our mandate encompasses all the components that keep the entire enterprise moving forward:
financial management and regulatory reporting, enterprise strategy and decision support (including financial analysis, planning and forecasting plus performance management), taxation, investor relations, financial control and governance along with the implementation of finance systems and processes.

- Complete rotation objectives set together with each host at the beginning of each rotation
- Support and prioritize comprehensive, efficient, and accurate processes to meet and exceed business/client needs and requirements
- Conduct substantial qualitative and quantitative research and data analysis, and obtain/share internal and external data and standard methodologies
- Participate in various operational activities and processes as assigned
- Consistently exercise discretion in handling correspondence, information and all matters of confidentiality; raise issues where appropriate
- Be knowledgeable of practices and procedures within own area of responsibility and stay ahead of emerging trends for own functional area
- Participate fully as a member of the team, support a positive work environment that builds and promotes service to the business, quality, innovation and collaboration and ensure timely communication
- Support the team by continuously improving knowledge / expertise in own area and participate in knowledge transfer within the team and business unit
- Keep current on trends and grow awareness of the business, related tools and techniques
- Focus on providing functional specialized business services, advisory or process / program support for own area of specialty, within defined parameters
- Provide informal guidance to others

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
