INNOV8 Group Construction Inc. is a young and rapidly growing construction company based in Victoria, BC. INNOV8 Group provides quality finishing carpentry for custom homes, renovations and multi-family projects.

We are currently seeking experienced Finishing Carpenters who are reliable, attention to detail, possess a positive attitude, strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.

List of Key Responsibilities:

• Work alone and/or as part of a team, without the requirement of supervision
• Custom millwork (mantles, shelving, etc.)
• Field installations (doors, window liners, door/window casings, baseboards, door/bathroom hardware, crown moldings, etc.)
• Filling out Daily Log reports and time sheets

Applicants Must Have:

• 2+ years of finishing carpentry experience
• Knowledge of the finish carpentry trade, practices, procedures, techniques, tools and equipment, materials, specifications, terminology and site safety
• Your own toolbelt, measuring tape, hammer, nail puller, etc. and PPE (work boots, ear plugs, safety glasses)
• A valid BC Driver's Licence and reliable transportation
• The ability to work in a fastpaced environment
• The ability to learn quickly and work as part of a team
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

INNOV8 Group offers competitive wages and career advancement opportunities. There are 3 available full-time positions (40 hrs per week), Monday to Friday, 7:30 - 4:00 pm. Wages will be based on experience and skill level.
