    Job Responsibilities:

    • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, providing guidance and support for professional development.
    • Content Creation: Manage content creation and distribution, including overseeing graphic design, video, and copywriting resources.
    • Analytics and Optimization: Monitor and adjust campaigns to optimize engagement, reach, and ROI.
    • Collaboration: Collaborate with the Admissions and Academic departments to align marketing strategies with enrollment goals.

    The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in Marketing and other related fields, with at least 3 years of related experience as Digital Marketing Manager in a private college setting. They must be creative and innovative, personable and an excellent writer and communicator. The ability to handle and manage competing priorities while ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner is also essential.

    We offer a competitive salary of $ $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide dental care benefits and a hybrid work schedule with expected hours of 40 hours per week.
