Responsibilities:

Process and completes the night audit according to Delta standards
Prints and verify end of day reports
Responsible for balancing the revenue and transactions which occurred during the day
Checkins and checkouts of guests in accordance with hotel standards in an efficient and friendly manner as well as verifying method of payment
Answer guest inquiries regarding rates, packages, and general information accurately and in a timely manner
Resolving guests complains and concerns as well as acknowledging guests in the lobby
Ensuring communication between different shifts and departments
Acts as property security overnight to ensure the safety and security of our guests and facilities
Deal with guest requests and/or issues in a courteous, prompt, and professional manner
Follows the policies and procedures and all brand standards as outlined by Delta
Reports all concerns to management relating to maintenance, health and safety, security or suspicious circumstances
Perform all other duties as assigned or directed by management.
