Hickman Automotive Group is looking for a
Service Manager to join our team at
Hickman Chrysler. If you are an energetic and motivated individual who has a positive attitude, a dedication to providing exceptional customer service and a desire to succeed, then we would love to have you.


The
Service Manager oversees the service department and is responsible for controlling costs, building a loyal clientele, maintaining good employee relations, setting and obtaining sales and profit objectives and maintaining service records.


Responsibilities:


  • Overall operation and personnel within the Service Department.
  • Hiring and supervision of personnel along with managing the performance of individuals.
  • Creating goals and objectives for the department including annual budgets.
  • Keeping up to date with manufacturer expectations and procedures.
  • Maintaining the highest standard in Customer Service Index (CSI) rating from customers.
  • Foster strong internal and external relationships.
  • Ensure department productivity and efficiency.
  • Exceptional commitment to customer service.
  • Endures the safety of employees.
  • Responsible for maximizing revenue by attracting more customers or increasing the value of each service job.
  • Manage and ensure communication lines between advisors and customers are top priority.

Qualifications:


  • Postsecondary Education.
  • Demonstrated success in leadership/supervisory roles.
  • Previous experience in customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and planning skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Welldeveloped team member skills.
  • Aboveaverage time management skills.
  • Has a valid driver's license.
  • Experience in automotive is not required but is considered an asset.
