- Owning net-new business development in Western Canada and the US.
- Building and managing a regional pipeline (predominantly new business expected).
- Expertly communicate Punchcard's unique value proposition around Digital Workplace Solutions, Custom App Development, and AI-enabled automation solutions.
- Conduct discovery calls as a consultative partner, helping clients clearly understand how Punchcard solves their pressing business and technology challenges.
- Closing deals, not just booking meetings.
- Regularly collaborating with Delivery for pre-deal structure.
- You've closed custom software development or consulting services B2B deals before (and have stories to prove it).
- You have 5 years of business development experience, preferably in heavy industry verticals and regulated industries.
- You're a builder, not just a responder (not an account management role).
- You're confident in the field, not just online (yes you have to go see clients and prospects).
- You know how to follow up quickly and log your activities.
