How will I make an impact?


As the Business Development Representative, reporting to the BDR Manager, you will lean in and support our Sales Team by proactively finding and connecting with potential clients and promoting the Shinydocs brand.

Within your first 30 days, you will learn about our core products, get to know your team, and begin to research and reach out to new prospects


This includes:

  • Gaining an understanding of the benefits of Shinydocs solutions and the problems we help organizations solve
  • Understand our ideal customer profile to effectively target prospective customers
  • Understanding how we reach out to prospective customers and leverage our existing tech stack
  • Prospecting cold targets and warm leads from marketing events and demand generation
  • Working alongside the Sales team to research new targets
  • Building pipeline by creating opportunities for the Sales reps
  • Developing new outreach materials

You will:


Be Curious - With a high sense of urgency you'll spend your day researching, prospecting and qualifying leads that will support us in sourcing new sales opportunities across North America.


Innovate - Identify evolving themes and patterns of prospective clients and share these insights with the team by identifying new market segments and opportunities for Shinydocs to pursue that can lead to additional growth opportunities.

Tech Forward - Leverage the sales tools, resources and process that we have created.

Keep your sales contacts current and feel comfortable providing suggestions on how we can further leverage our tools, processes, etc.


Champion Shinydocs Culture - Lead by example; everyone on the Shinydocs team (including you) contributes to and defines our company culture.
