Legend Boats is currently searching for a people-centric and outgoing
People Experience Coordinator.

You will work with the People Experience team to create a fun and engaging environment for the Legend team, while also making sure all the essential processes and administrative tasks are being accomplished.

We require someone who can juggle a spectrum of tasks as they support multiple divisions of Legend Boats. This role will require someone who is able to prioritize and organize


  • The life of the party (and the one who planned it)

  • Competent at administrative and planning work that makes all of the fun things possible
  • Has experience in office administration and/or project management, recruiting, engagement and onboarding
  • Fluent in both French and English

The majority of your time in this role will be spent:

  • Working with the People Experience team to plan and carryout team member events/celebrations (holidays, birthdays, milestone anniversaries, team building events, hiring events, etc)
  • Assisting with the administrative side including, drafting job ads and ensuring all onboarding paperwork for new hires is complete and submitted
  • Preparing for, participating in, and contributing to weekly People Experience team meetings
  • Being an ambassador and champion of the Legend Boats Culture

Salary:
$40,000 - $50,000 annually depending on qualification, experience and skill level.
