About Us
Westview Heights (Mayflower Ventures ltd.) located in the core of Downtown Calgary.
We are looking for a pasionate, experienced Leasing Agent to join or
brand new team as we prepare to lease to new residents for the first time in 1-year after a multi-million dollar restoration.
Mayflower Ventures a diverse residential portfolio of 900+ apartments offering a wide range of apartments ranging from unrenovated to renovated to brand-new within buildings built between Our company offers room for career advancement.

As our leasing agent, you will:
- Manage communication and customer support
- Present properties and amenities to prospective tenants and record prospect feedback
- Draft new leases and lease renewals
- Prepare Welcome Packages for new residents and prepare Moveout Packages for residents leaving
- Followup with any rent arrears
- Followup with prospective tenants in another attempt to close a sale
- Track and monitor tenant violations by using our data base
- Conduct movein & moveout reports
- Responsible for light maintenance duties such as changing light bulbs and batteries, light dusting, and cleaning of suites and common areas.
- Monitor marketing effectiveness. Track trends of traffic, while being aware of competitors offers
- Distribute company notices
- Create, schedule, and collect information for service requests
- Ensure suites are clean, ready, and of the highest quality
- Assist Leasing Manager with other duties as required
Requirements:
- High School Graduate: Post-Secondary Education is an asset
- 3years of Administrative, Property management, or Hospitality experience
- Knowledge of technology, smartphone, computer (Microsoft Office)
- Strong aptitude for sales and customer service
- Deep attention to detail, problemsolving, time management, and ability to prioritize work are essential
- Highly organized, resultsoriented, and able to work in fastpaced environment
- Knowledge of the downtown core and beltline area are an asset
- Experienced with RentManager or Yardi preferred
- Appearance must be neat, clean, and professional
- Security clearance required upon offer of employment
- Can work evening, weekend, and holiday hours to accommodate business needs
Salary:
$50,000.00 per year
