Perry's Painting Contractors is a leading industrial and residential painting company, specializing in providing high-quality painting solutions for a diverse range of projects.

We are currently seeking skilled and dedicated individuals to join our team as Industrial and Residential Painters.


Responsibilities:

• Follow project specifications, blueprints, and instructions to ensure accurate and precise painting results.
• Mix paints and match colours to achieve desired shades and finishes.
• Repair and patch damaged surfaces, ensuring a smooth and uniform appearance.
• Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain and clean painting equipment and tools.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and project managers to meet project deadlines and client expectations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring mínimal disruption to clients' homes or industrial environments.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years proven experience as an industrial and/or residential painter, with a strong knowledge showcasing your skills and capabilities.
• Indepth knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Proficiency in surface preparation, including sanding, cleaning, and patching.
• Familiarity with various paint types, coatings, and finishes.
• Ability to read and interpret project specifications, blueprints, and instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce highquality, precise painting results.
• Excellent colour perception and ability to match colours accurately.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and ability to adhere to safety regulations at all times.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to various job sites.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Part-time hours: 20-40 per week


Salary:
$18.00-$25.00 per hour
