RAPS is Seeking a Part Time Caregiver to Assist a Hearing Impaired Individual with Autism (E7)_

Location_: NW Edmonton (Near Athlone Park)_
-
Hours/Days _Saturday and Sunday_
- **Shift 1 Mornings : 8am-12pm Shift 2 Evenings : 3:30pm

  • 7:30pm**_

(option for a split shift available)_

Job Description_: Duties include but are not limited to assisting with all aspects of personal care, meal preparation with feeding assistance, incorporating life skills, help with expressive communication (assistive technology), help maximize client's full potential, community outings (car rides), supervision, and companionship._

Qualifications and Other Requirements_: Must have a recent criminal record check with the vulnerable sector, be fully vaccinated against covid-19, non-smoker, and have a valid driver's license/vehicle ($2 million liability) and a clean drivers abstract. Must have valid first aide/ CPR Certificate and must have a background in Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and/or Physical Therapy._

Rate of Pay_: $20.00- $25.25/hour (based on experience & qualifications)_
