Description
Our Capital Vision Care Southgate location has openings for full time and part time Licensed Opticians. If you have experience in the industry and a passion for eyewear we would like to hear from youResponsibilities
- You will be responsible for coordinating appointments, greeting patients, fitting & dispensing glasses, edging, frame adjustments and repairs.
- Provide superior customer service and patient care;
- Be responsible for the quality and accuracy of all jobs and charting completed.
Required skills
- Exceptional communication skills, particularly verbal, with excellent "bedside manner", professionalism, and active listening also an asset;
- An ability to adapt and respond to different patient personalities;
- Ability to manage patient expectations and concerns;
- Outgoing personality;
- Organized and attentiontodetail;
- Adapt to a fastpaced and oftenchanging environment; Teamoriented and must demonstrate a willingness to learn as well as coach others;
- Efficient time management skills with sense of initiative;
- Familiarity with computers and an ability to adapt to and learn new technology and software; entrylevel experience with G suite & MS Office.
- Comfortable working in close contact with patients.

Salary:
$22.00-$28.00 per hour
