Hours: 11:00pm - 7:00am - Shifts are Monday and Tuesday (could switch depending)Would need to be available for some training shifts from either 7am to 3pm or 3pm to 11pm
Wage:
$16
- To prepare summary of cash, check, and credit card activities, reflecting the hotel's financial performance of the day.
- To post room charges and room taxes to the guest accounts. Processes guest charge vouchers and credit card vouchers.
- To verify all account postings and balances.
- To summarize results of operations and prepares reports for management.
- To perform duties of the guest services representative.
- To process wakeup calls, guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payments, Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms.
- To maintains customers' privacy.
- To attend to guests requests for extra supplies or other items.
- To provide basic information on facilities.
- Help prepare breakfast
- Other tasks might be required
