JP Motors, Hamilton-Burlington's, largest volume used vehicle dealer, is seeking an experienced
Sales Manager to lead the team to greater customer satisfaction and success.

Today's retail used automotive sales industry is dynamic, fast paced, challenging, exciting, and rewarding.

We are seeking an individual with:

  • A solid work ethic and the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Selfmotivated with a proactive attitude and a desire to learn.
  • Strong interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
  • Process and detail oriented with the ability to design, implement, and manage workflow systems.
  • Established communication and coaching skills.
  • Proven Sales Management experience is leading a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Thrives on a fastpaced work environment.
  • Passion and energy for customer service
  • Results oriented.
  • Superior administrative skills.
  • 5 years previous used automotive sales management experience
  • Solid knowledge of the automotive service reconditioning processes
  • PBS and/or CDK working knowledge an asset.
  • Service experience is an asset.
