Description

Ecoline Windows, a leading company in the Windows and Doors installation market is seeking Service Coordinator committed to the company's success. We specialize in replacement windows, doors and patio doors for the residential market and work directly with homeowners.

This is a work from home position, however the incumbent will need to come to Company's head office in Thornhill, ON for initial training.

Responsibilities

  • Provides accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries
  • Maintains solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
  • Follows up with customers on any identified outcomes, and ensures that a resolution is reached within the defined time frames
  • Works calmly, effectively, and efficiently on problemsolving daily issues
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Required skills

  • College diploma in business or business related discipline
  • Previous administrative experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask
  • Ability to work autonomously in a high volume, fast paced environment
  • Professional demeanor and customer service orientation

Pay:
From $25.00 per hour

  • Monday to Friday
