Missions and Responsibilities

Position Summary:


The main objective and purpose of this position consists in providing leadership and support to the Supply Chain and Distribution team.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Coordinates Hub C-IMP efforts related to Supply Chain and Distribution to deploy, significant initiatives, replications and new opportunities for improved effectiveness and efficiency. The role will include coordination, facilitation and communication with the Hub C-IMP community when applicable.
  • Collaborate with each business line in the definition of business requirements and ensure scope of work and business cases are clearly defined within their projects.
  • Lead transversal teams which may include third party consulting resources.
  • Manage the portfolio of projects in order to properly prioritize them with operations and business stakeholders.
  • Track project deliverables and facilitate issue identification and resolution.
  • Process improvement: Works with his/her team as well as with crossfunctional teams to continuously improve work processes. Continuously analyzes the functioning of the activity, identifies causes of dysfunctions and proposes corrective measures accordingly.
  • Empower all users by creating a community of practice.

Competencies and Profile

Qualifications:


_Education, Training or Certification Requirements_:


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, Business, or a related discipline
  • 5+ years experience in two of the three areas: Business/Operations, IT, or Project Management.
