So, what would you be doing on a daily basis?...
- Purchasing office supplies & equipment
- Tracking of Employee attendance (vacation & sick days)
- Act as workplace health & safety officer
- Employee Benefits Administrator
- Act us a backup receptionist when required
- Becoming a goto guru on company rules/policies
- Maintain various company & staff licenses & permits
- Liaison & gatekeeper with suppliers
- Schedule and prep conference room for meetings
- Book employee travel, and register staff for various conferences and seminars
- Various special projects and tasks as required
Other requirements:
- French-English Bilingualism (written and spoken)
- Postsecondary education, or specialized courses in office management
- You must live within a reasonable commuting distance to our office.

$32,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
