So, what would you be doing on a daily basis?...

  • Purchasing office supplies & equipment
  • Tracking of Employee attendance (vacation & sick days)
  • Act as workplace health & safety officer
  • Employee Benefits Administrator
  • Act us a backup receptionist when required
  • Becoming a goto guru on company rules/policies
  • Maintain various company & staff licenses & permits
  • Liaison & gatekeeper with suppliers
  • Schedule and prep conference room for meetings
  • Book employee travel, and register staff for various conferences and seminars
  • Various special projects and tasks as required

Other requirements:


  • French-English Bilingualism (written and spoken)
  • Postsecondary education, or specialized courses in office management
  • You must live within a reasonable commuting distance to our office.

Job Types:

Salary:
$32,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
