    Description

    Our client has partnered with Kayla Vangorkum from IQ Partners to assist in the recruitment of a Regional Manager for Eastern Canada within the Aesthetics space. In this role, you will drive sales growth within existing accounts and foster the expansion of new accounts by leading a regional team across Quebec and Atlantic Canada.

    Responsibilities:

    • strategic guidance in planning, managing, and executing sales initiatives
    • thorough analysis of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making
    • to performance evaluations and provide direction for professional development
    • and oversee work assignments, offering mentorship and guidance to team members
    • in the hiring process, assisting in candidate evaluation and selection
    • the development of processes and resources to support staff in their roles
    • as a coach and mentor to team members, fostering their growth and success
    • in setting sales objectives, forecasting sales quotas, and projecting revenue and profit
    • and contribute to annual budget planning to optimize revenue and profitability

    Qualifications:

    • aesthetics industry, particularly with injectables, is an asset
    • expertise in sales territory management
    • ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
    • experience in a sales-driven environment
    • relationships with Key Accounts
    • mindset, comfortable working cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams
    • and resourceful, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
    • organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and adept at multitasking
    • communication skills, capable of delivering training sessions and presenting information effectively
    • proficiency in English and French
    • to travel up to 30-35% of the time
