Accounts Receivable Specialist

From $28 to $32 per hour (From $72,000 to $78,000 per year with bonuses)

Position Responsibilities

Initiate communication with customers to resolve pastdue account balances.
Determine appropriate escalation for delinquent collections accounts.
Provide excellent customer service and support problem resolution.
Identify highrisk accounts and notify management.

Minimum Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent. Degree
preferred.
Experience in a businesstobusiness environment
preferred.
At least one year of collections and call center experience
an asset, but if you want to provide the best experience for our customers, we'll train you
Experience in reconciling accounts.
