Surface Treatments Specialist
Major Responsibilities
- Clean parts, electroplate and complete setup as per process and operation sheets
- Operate acetylene torch for brazing tubes
- Operate 'Hit Kit'
- Prepare parts for furnace cycles and test pieces as required

- Perform silver soldering brazing as required
Education/ Background
- High school diploma
- 13 years of related experience preferably in the Aerospace Manufacturing sector
- Postsecondary education in a related trade

- QMS/EMS
- WHMIS
- Vapor Degreasing
- Sanitary Sewer Discharge
- Chemical Storage & Handling
- Overhead Crane Training
- Compressed gas
- Protective Equipment: Breathing apparatus, hearing protection
