The City of Beaumont is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant. The role provides comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the Director of Community Services.- The Administrative Assistant will report to the Director and provide daily departmental operations through scheduling, documentation, coordination, and customer service.
