There is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to join the
Property Management team in
Vancouver as
On-Site Building Manager.

The Building Manager's primary objective is to serve the tenants within this modern rental apartment building. This is completed through a variety of ways, including building & site maintenance and excellent customer service.

The On-Site Building Manager will work alongside a Property Manager to ensure that a high level of service and appearance is maintained on the property.

About you:

Are you a positive self-starter, who is self-motivated, with a hands-on mentality and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment? Do you have excellent organization and time management stills with the ability to complete work in a timely manner with accuracy and attention to detail? If you're personable, hardworking and would consider yourself a 'Jack of all Trades' this is the job for you.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

Collecting rent & security deposits
Scheduling & showing units
Movein & move out inspections
Janitorial work in/out of building
Coordinating and managing trades/consultants
Dealing with tenant related issues
Basic painting, drywall repair and plumbing when needed

Summary of Qualifications & Requirements:

Able to read, write and speak English
Basic operations of a computer and smart phone
Customer service experience
Previous Building Manager/Operator or related field experience
