Seeking a flexible and reliable individual to serve as an On-Call Real Estate Assistant/Runner for our real estate agency.

This position is ideal for someone looking for casual, part-time work assisting with tasks that support our property listings and client relations.

Responsibilities:

Setting up and removing real estate signs at properties.
Installing and maintaining lockboxes.
Taking room measurements for property listings.
Assisting with property photography and staging, if required.
Running errands related to property transactions, including document deliveries, key pickups, etc.
Working closely with the lead agent to complete ondemand tasks as they arise.

Requirements:

Reliable transportation.
Attention to detail.
Ability to be oncall and work independently.
Good communication skills.
Trustworthiness, as you may have access to properties and sensitive information.

Compensation:

Paid on an hourly basis for tasks performed.
Competitive rates based on experience and job performance.
