Job Responsibilities:

  • Professional writing such as cover letters, submissions and storylines of customer scenarios
  • Learn procedures and documentation requirements for various case types
  • Focus on high accuracy and ontime submission when working on customer case files
  • Handling a high volume of files in a very fastpaced environment
  • Follow up promptly with the clients for any pending replies or documents from their end
  • Manage work load as per strict deadlines
  • Answering all client inquiries in a timely manner
  • Able to fill various kinds of immigration forms
  • Learn procedures and documentation requirements for various case types

Skills Requirement:

  • Ability to handle customers in difficult and stressedout situations with positivity and empathy
  • Must possess strong communication skills; both verbal and written in English (Hindi, Punjabi an asset)
  • Excellent telephonic communication skills with patience, courtesy, compassion and professionalism
  • Aptitude to learn new skills on various software
  • Expertise and efficiency with time management, multitasking and problemsolving abilities
  • Possess good typing speed
  • Must be friendly and highly motivated with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must be highly organized, and detailoriented
  • Must be resultsdriven; and be effective working independently

Salary:
From $17.00 per hour
