Responsibilities:

We are hiring a full-time Project Manager with 3-5 years experience working for a company in a similar role.
The Project Manager will oversee the complete job from start to finish.

• Manage projects from beginning to end.
• Solve problems.
• Write detailed reports.
• Handle communications with senior management and clients.
• Communicate effectively with Adjusters, customers, and our crews to manage the claim from start to finish.
• Participate in developing a costeffective plan and schedule for completion of the project and following a logical pattern for utilization of resources.
• Executes a variety of project management administrative tasks as required.

SKILLS and ABILITIES

• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work on tight deadlines with competing projects
• Selfmotivated

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management
• Proficient with Microsoft Project
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft office tools, including SharePoint, TEAMS and Excel
• Exceptional problem solving skills
• Excellent leadership, organizational, time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as apart of a team
• Accountable, adaptable, strong budget management skills
