Job Description:

Westminster Toyota is looking for a qualified Service Manager to join the team.

We are passionate about our product and with our dedicated team, we are committed to ensuring our customers receive industry leading customer service.

As the Service Manager, you will enjoy a competitive benefits plan, along side a performance based compensation package, allowing the right person to excel.


  • Lead, motivate, support and mentor the service team in a 15 bay service shop
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review department performance, CSI trends, ideas and concerns with all members of the department including service advisors, technicians, appointment coordinators, warranty administrator and lot staff
  • Ensure efficient operations between service advisors, technicians and parts department
  • Manage the service department to maximize performance including but not limited to: advisor sales, technician efficiency, technician quality of work expenses, customer service, and overall financial performance
  • Manage the processing of warranty claims
  • Manage customer retention through advertising and marketing programs
  • Collaborate with the sales department to ensure timely completion of internal work orders
  • Provide an excellent customer service experience that leads to customers returning year after year
  • Meet on a regular basis with dealership management to review financial, CSI and other goals/targets set out in the yearly forecasts

Qualifications:


  • A minimum of 5 years of service department experience and 2 years of service management experience
  • Tremendous work ethic and a desire to succeed in a fastpaced environment
  • Understanding of service department P&L statement and the levers that affect performance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great customer service skills
  • Team oriented person
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Possess strong computer skills including Reynolds and Reynolds
