Pursuit Health Management is a dynamic rehabilitation firm located in London, Ontario. We have a multi-disciplinary clinic in London, offering massage therapy and a variety of specialized assessments.

Our community team, comprised of occupational therapists, nurse case managers, social workers, work with clients in their home, school or place of employment, throughout Southwestern Ontario.

We're a team focused on function by meeting the client's physical, cognitive, and psycho-social needs in a timely and professional manner.

We are currently seeking part-time Social Workers throughout Southwestern ON. Provide one on one counselling to address psycho-social issues arising from injuries
Work as a member of a healthcare team, collaborating with medical, community,
insurance and legal stakeholders
Comprehensive knowledge of community resources to further support client's
Current registration with the College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers
Minimum of two years of clinical/community based experience
Experience with motor vehicle accident clients an asset
Valid driver's license and use of a vehicle with ability to travel
Can work independently in a flexible environment
