As a Membership Coordinator, a typical day might include the following:

Consistently reviewing daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
As an individual and as a team, creatively game planning ways to achieve sales goals
Conducting presentations and tours of the stateoftheart facility, presenting and offering opportunities for upsells and addons
Educating new and current members on membership benefits to maximize service usage
Updating and maintaining accurate sales records in customer relations management software

To land this role you need to have;

Postsecondary education ideally relating to the health and fitness industry
Additional certifications or workshops relating to sales, marketing and administration are preferred
At least 1+ years of experience in a sales role
Sales experience in the health and fitness industry preferred
All team members must have current CPR/First Aid certification prior to start date and must be maintained throughout employment
A recent Criminal Background Check prior to commencement of training and/or work.
