YOUR JOB
- Making people's day on all fronts: Greeting people, taking orders, and satisfying the fried chicken lovers
- Preparing food
- Processing payments. Working cash, working your smile.
- Package takeout food
- Staying organized with all orders being placed (instore, delivery apps, take out)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare food products for customers maintaining the highest level of product quality and cleanliness.
- Provide prompt and efficient service to customers in a courteous and friendly manner while striving to exceed customer expectations and achieve 100% customer satisfaction.
- Initiates actions to correct customer complaints and refers serious customer concerns to management immediately
- Ensures all products are packaged in approved wrapping/containers
- Ensures products/supplies are rotated in and out of storage
- Weight Handling: Up to 20+LB
- Ability to work in a high paced environment while keeping calm and organized
- Physical lifting
- Cleanliness and organization skills
- Partial high school education or equivalent experience preferred
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
- Previous Quick Service Restaurant Experience is an asset
OTHER EXPERIENCE
- Food handling certificate
- Proserve certificate
QUALIFICATION
Dependable works well in fast-paced environment, great customer service skills, works well in a team atmosphere
- Reliable transportation so you can be on time for every shift
