Our business has exploded and we are in search of a new team member to assist with the management of our day to day tasks

Job Summary:


As our Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of our diverse portfolio of properties.

Your job will include a variety of tasks surrounding three central pillars.


Communications:


  • Respond to owner and tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and courteous manner, fostering positive relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Book showings for potential tenants.
  • Address tenant disputes or conflicts professionally and work towards amicable resolutions.
  • Provide notices when needed and assist with showing and maintenance coordination.
  • Provide reports on pertinent information in a timely manner.
  • Leasing and Marketing:
  • Work with our marketing team to manage property vacancies effectively, strategizing and implementing marketing campaigns to attract and retain tenants.
  • Regularly analyze local rental markets to set competitive rental rates and optimize property occupancy.
  • Screen prospective tenants, execute lease agreements and collect deposits.
  • Onboard new owners, properties and tenants.
  • Coordinate movein and moveout inspections.
  • Provide feedback to owners and be confident in providing solutions to minimize vacancies.

Maintenance

  • Work alongside our maintenance team to ensure that all maintenance issues are addressed quickly and efficiently.
  • Coordinate preventative maintenance and seasonal inspections.
  • Follow up with tenants after repairs to ensure satisfaction.
  • Be confident in reporting to owners required repairs and budgets.
  • Ensure that repairs are recorded correctly and sent to accounting in a timely manner.

Qualifications:


  • Must be able to demonstrate longevity with previous employers.
  • Previous experience in property management or real estate is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with tenants, vendors, and team members.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines.
  • Possesses a can do mindset and takes extreme ownership of their actions.
  • Demonstrated problemsolving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy.
