• Personal Insurance. As a knowledgeable and professional Insurance Broker, you will be responsible to provide exceptional customer service to our Personal Lines Portfolio of Clients, cross sell and upsell where possible while ensuring clients' risks are mitigated. You must be experienced and knowledgeable in Personal Insurance and be AIC licensed already in order to be considered.

• Renewal review, recommendations, comparison quotes and remarket when needed
• Total account sales awareness, cross sell and up sell as much as possible
• Action all renewals, endorsements and claims
• Process change requests on EPIC/company portals, when needed
• Review and invoice all endorsements (and renewals, if necessary)
• Issue inhouse endorsements and new business on company portals, when needed
• Release renewals after making appropriate changes, when needed
• Scan and attach documents to EPIC
• Quote cross sells and up sell as much as possible
• Issue pink slips when needed in addition to completing miscellaneous duties as assigned
• Prepare new business documents to be sent for signatures, etc.
• Report order: MVR, Autoplus, HITS
• Support other members of the team when needed

• Minimum 2 years insurance experience
• Client relationship experience with Personal Lines
• Strong knowledge of major insurance carriers
• Superb interpersonal, communication, and effective problem solving skills
• Ability to be a selfstarter with strong written and oral communication skills as well as organizational skills
• Advanced skills in Outlook, Excel, Word and EPIC.
