SUMMARY:

NutraLab Canada Corp. is looking for a Full-time Order Fulfillment Associate

Job Duties:


  • Communicate between several departments by recognizing and helping to resolve product related issues
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness that includes updating, analyzing and followingup on forecasts & actual sales (ERP system & SPS commerce)
  • Review open sales orders and followup on closing sales orders in a timely manner
  • Prepare shipment documentation, including bill of lading, commercial invoice and packing lists
  • Prepare and submit inventory and backorder lists to vendors on weekly basis
  • Prepare invoices after every shipment and send it to vendors and internal audit team
  • Help address invoice discrepancies after shipping in an efficient manner
  • Establish and maintain effective, longterm business relations with vendors, suppliers, couriers andshipping companies
  • Monitor inventory levels of issued materials and stocks using ERP batch master.

Requirements:


  • University degree or college diploma in communications, marketing, logistics or related field
  • 1 to 2 years' experience in a sales role, with preferred knowledge of pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industry
  • Able to multitask, prioritize and organize tasks to meet strict deadlines
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate computer skills required on PC based software
  • Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Own vehicle and valid driver's license
  • Proficiency in English
